根据上级有关部门的最新通知，自2021-2022学年起，中国政府奖学金申请人在申请时必须提交有效的《无犯罪记录证明》(中文或英文)。
申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
请提前适时准备好相关材料。
According to the latest notice of the higher authority, from the academic year of 2021-2022 on, all the Chinese Government Scholarship applicants must submit the Non-Criminal Record Report (in Chinese or English).
The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
Please prepare the document properly in advance.
